FDP completed the development of new retail network strategy for Saudi Hollandi Bank (SHB) through a period of intensive review, study and analysis.
The ‘Retail network strategy’ provided SHB with a framework to monitor performance and to develop the branch network against defined long term objectives.
The FDP team travelled throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to visit a full selection of every SHB branch across all regions of the country. The original strategy developed in 2011 was further updated, following the completion of the first phase of the strategy in 2015.
