In order to create a more cost-effective network, branches were re-aligned to a range of formats, from local outlets to standalone flagships. Formats were aligned to specific segments including Business, Ladies and Premier.
Branch locations were re-evaluated, with ease of access for key customers being a key consideration. As well as transforming existing branches and opening new outlets, BisB have also constructed three new-build Financial Malls across Bahrain. The new buildings offer high quality retail space in key locations, reinforcing the bank’s brand identity as a leading financial institution – Bahrain’s first Islamic Bank.
