FDP created a comprehensive network strategy for Ghana Commercial Bank, developing a new vision for the network in response to the wide range of socioeconomic factors found in a richly diverse and rapidly progressive nation.
We deployed four teams on a branch-by-branch fact finding mission, covering over 150 locations across the existing network. The strategy was developed by combining investigative research with existing performance data, rigorous analysis and intelligent creativity.
The result is a robust strategy that represents the cornerstone for future development as the bank prepares to embrace the changes of tomorrow.
