LOM architecture and design, FDP’s sister company, is working closely with HSBC Global Corporate Real Estate as they develop their office portfolio into more agile, technology-friendly environments. We are delivering two key workstreams; one is to update and develop their Global Workplace Standards documents. These are the primary source of reference material for regional delivery teams as they implement the new OpenWork strategy and cover topics including space planning, technology, interior design, furniture specifications and graphics.
Secondly, LOM is also acting as an extension of HSBC Global CRE on the OpenWork roll-out. Our in-depth knowledge of the design standards means we are perfectly placed to provide design support and expertise on the global OpenWork delivery programme.
