Teresa Carter | Office Manager
Teresa Carter has worked at the practice for over 20 years and is responsible for the smooth running of the studio.
She is an accomplished office manager with a professional and friendly manner. Highly organised, motivated and adaptable, Teresa undertakes a multitude of tasks. Her role encompasses both HR and finance administration, IT coordination, facilities and front-of-house management, and internal communications.
She has been part of the practice’s successful growth, helping to maintain high standards and supporting business change, for example by overseeing the studio’s relocation to Shoreditch in 2014 and facilitating remote working practices during the COVID-19 lockdown. As the first port of call for any issues or queries, she helps to ensure the team has an optimum working environment.
Prior to joining the practice, Teresa worked for a business furniture firm in a secretarial capacity and the AA as a software training instructor.
Teresa enjoys gardening, horse riding, travelling and spending valuable time with family.
